A Reminder On Why I Keep This Website Minimal
I already did one of these but I wanted to do another.
I sometimes see people do fun things with their websites. In the last week, a town square thing has been trending. I was tempted to participate but I decided not to in the end. I didn't have a great reason why aside from sticking to being minimal.
Right now, I'm sitting in my tent on a mountain with barely any cellular reception. My website still loads blazingly fast when it does load at all and it's a great reminder of why I kept it minimal in the first place. In contrast, sending a 2.3mb image took several minutes to go through. 🙂
